When you sign in to the MCP server, we store your email address. We store the traveler profiles, preferences, groups, loyalty and points balances, and trip notes that you or your AI assistant save through the tools. We store flight searches, offers, and orders that you create, and basic request logs (IP address, time, tool name) for security and rate limits.
Card details go directly to the payment form of our booking partner Duffel. flightclaw never sees or stores full card numbers. The card tools only store labels and card types that you choose to save.
We use your data to search flights, book the tickets you ask for, send sign-in codes and booking emails, and prevent abuse. We share traveler details with Duffel and the airline only to make a booking. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Tool results go back to the AI assistant that called them (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Meta AI, or Cursor). That provider's own privacy policy covers what it does with the conversation.
We keep account data until you ask us to delete it. We keep booking records as long as the law requires. To see, export, or delete your data, email support@flightclaw.com.
